Shipping & Production

At Echelon, each piece is produced in limited batches of 25 to maintain a high level of quality and consistency. We use our own fabrics and carefully oversee production to ensure every item meets our standards.

Because of this batch-based process, orders are not mass-produced and may require additional time before dispatch. Once a batch is completed, orders are shipped out promptly.

We appreciate your patience — this approach allows us to prioritise quality over quantity.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn and in original condition
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Please note:
Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
